ANOVA Academy is the operating name of ANOVA Process Solutions Inc. These Terms govern your use of the ANOVA Academy website, digital products, and training services.

When you purchase or access ANOVA Academy content, you receive a personal, non-transferable license.

Transfer licenses without written permission

Corporate licensing terms are defined in the corporate service agreement or invoice.

Course content may not be copied, uploaded to internal systems, shared, or redistributed without written permission.

All training content provided by ANOVA Academy, including videos, worksheets, templates, examples, email support, AI assistant responses, and any other instructional material, is offered for educational purposes only. This content is designed to help users understand concepts, learn software skills, and practice analytical methods in a safe learning environment. 

The training materials do not constitute professional, engineering, operational, financial, or business advice. Users must not rely on course content to make real world decisions without consulting qualified professionals within their own organization. Any implementation of ideas, techniques, or examples presented in the training is done at the user’s sole discretion and risk. 

ANOVA Academy and Anova Process Solutions, Inc are not responsible for any losses, damages, incorrect decisions, operational issues, or business outcomes that occur from applying training content to real workflows, projects, processes, or environments. By using the platform, users agree that they remain fully responsible for verifying all information and confirming its suitability for their specific job or situation before taking action. 

The AI assistant is provided solely as a learning aid within the ANOVA Academy platform. It supports users by explaining training concepts, offering examples, and helping clarify course material. The assistant is not intended to provide professional advice, problem solving, or guidance for real workplace projects, business decisions, personal matters, or operational changes. 

The assistant may generate incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated information. Users are responsible for verifying any advice or content before applying it. ANOVA Academy and Anova Process Solutions Inc are not liable for any actions, decisions, or outcomes based on AI generated responses. 

By using the platform, users agree that the AI assistant serves an educational function only and must not be relied upon for professional, financial, technical, operational, or business related decision making. 

ANOVA Academy does not guarantee specific results, performance improvements, or outcomes. Results depend on each user’s skills, effort, and workplace environment.

Organizations enrolling multiple users are responsible for ensuring that all participants follow these terms and comply with internal policies.

Payments are securely processed via Stripe.

Corporate contracts follow the terms outlined in the service agreement or invoice.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated on:

A corporate service contract

Users are responsible for:

Keeping account credentials confidential

All activity that occurs under their account

Immediately reporting unauthorized activity

Failure to maintain account security may result in suspension.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for violations of these terms or misuse of the training content.

ANOVA Academy does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Platform availability may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, or third party service interruptions.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of ANOVA Academy complies with local laws and regulations in their region.

ANOVA Academy is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or safety of any third party websites or tools referenced in the training including but not limited to Minitab and Excel.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information and for all activity that occurs under their account.

17. Refund and Billing Terms 

All sales are final unless stated in a written agreement or product page.

18. Right to Update Policies  

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of the updated version.

Users are responsible for ensuring that accessing the platform complies with local laws and regulations in their region.
