How long does a course take to complete?
Most courses include approximately 4 to 6 hours of content broken into short, focused lessons. Learners move at their own pace and typically complete the course within 4 to 8 weeks depending on availability and workload.
How long do I have access to the training?
Each enrollment includes 12 months of access from the date of purchase. During that time, learners can revisit all lessons, Coach’s Challenges, quizzes, exercises, and downloadable resources at any time.
How does team enrollment work for businesses?
Team training is purchased through multi-seat licenses. After purchase, the buyer sends ANOVA their team roster, and we handle the full setup in the backend. Learners receive access and can start immediately, while managers receive monthly progress reports showing employee engagement and completion status.
Can individuals enroll without a team?
Individuals can enroll in any course or bundle directly. Once purchased, the course appears immediately in the learner dashboard and is ready to start.

What is included with a course?
The Basic plan includes self-paced video lessons and access to our AI training assistant. The Premium plan includes everything in Basic, plus downloadable guides, Coach’s Challenges, quizzes, exercises, interactive videos, progress tracking with nudges, and a certificate of completion at the end.
Do I need Excel or Minitab installed to follow the training?
You do not need the software to watch the lessons, but we strongly recommend having access to Excel or Minitab so you can complete the practice exercises and apply what you learn. Sign up for Excel or Minitab free trial.
Do I get a certificate of completion?
Yes. Premium learners receive a downloadable certificate after completing a course.
