ANOVA Academy is an online learning platform offering practical training in data analysis, quality tools, and process improvement. Courses focus on software like Minitab and Excel, with problem-solving and other topics coming soon. Training is self-paced and available in video or eBook format, designed to help individuals and teams build real-world skills that make an impact.

Our courses are designed for anyone in the manufacturing industry. Our clients include plant managers, quality leaders, CI and OpEx teams, engineers, analysts, and technicians who need training in data analysis, Excel, Minitab, and problem-solving tools. Courses support both beginners and experienced professionals, whether the goal is personal growth or team-wide upskilling.

Courses are delivered through short instructional videos with interactive elements, practice exercises, Coach’s Challenges, and downloadable resources. Learners also receive AI-powered support for on-demand help and clarification as they move through the material.

Most courses run between 4 to 6 hours in total length and are divided into short, focused lessons. Learners can go at their own pace and typically complete the course within 4 to 8 weeks depending on availability and workload.

Start by selecting a course or bundle and completing your payment. If there is no account under the email used, the system will prompt you to create one. Once your account is created, the course appears directly in your dashboard for immediate access. If there is already an account under that email, the course is automatically added to that account.

When purchasing a multi-seat license, the buyer becomes the account owner. After checkout, the owner is directed to a license assignment page to enter names and email addresses for each team member (press Enter after entering every email address). Each team member receives an enrollment email. Once they click their link and set a password, their learner profile is created under the team license.

Each learner gets 12 months of access from their enrollment date. During that time, all lessons, Coach’s Challenges, quizzes, exercises, and downloadable resources remain available and can be revisited at any time.

Our goal is to help manufacturers move beyond one-time workshops and toward continuous, applied learning. In addition to our current Minitab and Excel courses, we’re developing training in Problem Solving Beyond Firefighting, Pivot Tables for Manufacturers, Advanced Formulas, Solver and Scenarios, Excel Macros, Basic Stats in Excel, Dashboards, Measurement System Analysis, Multiple Variable Analysis, Non-Normal Distribution, and a Team Role Analyzer with AI.
